PubliGestion S.A. wanted to rebrand itself into what it's colloquially called "PG". For a marketing agency that has been in operation since 1977, the logo must reflect a "sense of establishment" and competency. Black was chosen as official color to save on printing cost and for the branding to remain consistent across multiple materials and platforms.
Below is the first attempt at rebranding PubliGestion. Boss, wanted to use shocking red as the agency's primary color. On a personal note, I'm glad my proposal for an all-black branding was chosen. Red seems too edgy for it's target market. The agency might be a creative agency but its clients are not artists, it's business people.
