WARNING! Graphic photos of a shithole country. For those who live in Haiti and for those who spent a significant amount of time in Haiti (especially those who lived through the hard times), these photos will not be shocking. It's just part of the milieu. But to those who don't know here are some shithole photos of Haiti.
Haitians hate thieves and when I say hate, I mean hate! I personally saw one of these Haitian stye justice. If you're a thief, don't get caught. You'll be lynched in the street. Even strangers who happen to pass by would chime in. The photo above might be a bit extreme, since it was taken during the time of the 2010 earthquake but it's not far from the norm.
Haiti Mass Grave After The 2010 Earthquake
I was in Haiti during the 2010 earthquake. If you ever watch one of those zombie apocalypse movie, Haiti looked like that after the wake of the earthquake. Dead bodies everywhere. Women literally going crazy–walking listlessly while singing and tearing their hair off.
Below are various images from around the web. It still brings tingles down my spine.
The scenes during this period in history of Haiti is one that of straight from a zombie apocalypse movie. It truly is. It didn't only look like it, it also felt like it! After the earthquake the bodies piled up and started rotting and causing health problems. Animals started eating the dead bodies.
When first worlders talk about the third worlds they usually don't know what they're talking about. The select few of them who happen to have been in shitholes may understand but they themselves will never live a life that of hardship such as those experienced by the third worlders.
First worlders always think that the solution to the third world problems are: give them more free stuff and have the smartest of them come to the first world. Translation: let 3rd world businesses compete against free stuff from the 1st world and profit from the third world's best and brightest by bringing them into the first world economy.
